Processing Time
All Bread Cuffer products are printed fresh to order to reduce waste and ensure the highest quality.
Processing time: 3-5 business days
Total delivery time: 5-10 business days (processing + shipping)
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Your delivery address
- Package weight
- Selected delivery speed
We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries, offering multiple service options to suit your needs and budget. You'll see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Locations
We ship to all UK addresses, including:
- England
- Scotland
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and offer international shipping to select markets including the United States. International orders are shipped from our UK facility with full tracking provided. Please allow additional time for customs clearance and international transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive:
- Shipping confirmation email
- Royal Mail tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your order using the tracking number provided via Royal Mail's tracking system at royalmail.com/track-your-item
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the Royal Mail service selected at checkout:
Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2-3 business days after dispatch
Royal Mail 1st Class: 1-2 business days after dispatch
Royal Mail Tracked: 2-3 business days with full tracking
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Royal Mail aims to deliver within these timeframes but delays can occasionally occur.
Delivery Issues
Delayed orders:
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at help@breadcuffer.co.uk with your order number and tracking information.
Incorrect address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been printed.
Failed delivery attempts:
If Royal Mail can't deliver your package, they'll leave a card with instructions. Packages are usually held at your local delivery office for 18 days before being returned to us.
Returned packages:
If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery or an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. You'll need to pay for shipping again to have it resent or request a refund.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged in transit:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at help@breadcuffer.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Description of the damage
We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Lost packages:
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbours or household members
- Check safe places (porches, bins, garages)
- Contact Royal Mail directly using your tracking number
- Email us at help@breadcuffer.co.uk if you still can't locate it
We'll work with Royal Mail to investigate and resolve the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us immediately at help@breadcuffer.co.uk. If your order hasn't been printed yet, we can update the address. Once printed and dispatched, we cannot change it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if it hasn't been printed yet. Contact us as soon as possible at help@breadcuffer.co.uk with your order number. Once an order is printed, it cannot be cancelled.
