Thank you for shopping at Bread Cuffer. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here's our refund and returns policy.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that cannot be returned:
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items without tags
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
How to Return
- Email us at help@breadcuffer.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Pack your item securely with the original packaging
- Send it back to the address we provide
- You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We test all our products thoroughly, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we'll make it right.
Contact us immediately at help@breadcuffer.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or fault
- A description of the issue
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered by the courier, we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the courier directly if your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it.
We recommend using a secure delivery address or requesting signature confirmation if you're concerned about package theft.
